Ludington
Our home base. In-town work is mostly wood privacy and vinyl on city lots — backyard privacy, pet containment, and pool enclosures — plus commercial fencing around the harbor, the marina district, and the US-10 corridor. City installs need a zoning compliance permit, and lots near the lake take real wind; we handle both as a matter of course.
Hamlin Lake & the Dunes
Cottages and year-round homes around Hamlin Lake sit on some of the sandiest ground in the county, which changes how posts get set — deeper, with wider footings. View lots here lean toward black aluminum that disappears against the water, and shadowbox wood that takes the wind without acting like a sail.
Scottville
Ten minutes east on US-10, Scottville is half in-town fencing and half rural: privacy and chain link in the neighborhoods, and farm fencing almost immediately outside them. A lot of our hobby-farm work — horse paddocks, garden fence, chicken runs — comes from the Scottville and Custer corridor.
Pentwater
Just south along the shore in Oceana County, Pentwater is cottage country: seasonal owners and short-term rentals that need fencing to look sharp without weekend maintenance. Vinyl and aluminum dominate for exactly that reason, and we schedule around rental calendars when the job needs it.
Hart
